Data Incorporation

The enormous amount of biological data of four paralogons related to the evolutionary events was centralized using MySQL, an open source relational database management system (RDBMS), version 14.12 (http://www.mysql.com). The fast, flexible and pragmatic Hyper Text Preprocessor (PHP) (http://php.net/) was used to build web interface. Laravel framework was used to provide model-view-controller (MVC) and to arrange the source code under the set of organized constraints. The outlook and formatting of document was styled using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) (http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/). CSS defines color, font, text alignment, size, borders, spacing, layout and many other typographic characteristics.

The Bootstrap (http://getbootstrap.com/) is a front end web application framework, its fundamental features (Jumbotron, Topography, Buttons, Forms) and reusable components (Navbar, Dropdown, Glyphicon) enhance the beauty, dynamicity and integrity of the responsive websites. The DataTables (http://www.datatables.net) plug-in was used for creating, sorting, searching and paging of HTML tables. Java- Script is a dynamic programing language used to alter content of web browser. The cross-platform JavaScript library, jQuery (https://jquery.com/) was used for client-side scripting of HTML. The AJAX enabled web application to send and retrieve data from a server asynchronously (in the background) without snooping the display and behavior of the existing page.
